Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see if I should sell by owner in a hot real estate market. I decided it would be best to hire a real estate specialist who understood how to move a townhome in Omaha. I spoke with Amy and then met with her at my townhome. She spent a long time answering my questions and provided me with objective data regarding how to list and price my home, as well as providing comps on similar homes in my area. She provided staging tips and had professional photographs taken, and a lot more. Once I saw the pictures, I was blown away. She worked with me to get the townhouse on the market quickly and held an open house within 48 hours of placing it on the market.
