David Stukenholtz

Having grown up on a farm near Nebraska City my parents instilled in me early on what respect for others and hard work looked like. I graduated from the University of Nebraska Kearney and began my law enforcement career with the Buffalo County Sheriff where I worked for 10 years. We later moved to Bellevue where I served my community as a Police Officer for 30 years before recently retiring as Assistant Chief of Police.

My wife Kelli and I live in Omaha and enjoy spending time travelling the country or poolside in our backyard with friends, family and grandbabies.

Over the years I worked in the construction field and later began investing in real estate, rehabbing and managing my own properties and rehabbing and selling others. I have 15 years experience in real estate investment and property management and enjoy looking at a property and envisioning what it can be when given the proper attention and detail needed to make it marketable or inhabitable again.
