We recently married and needed to consolidate households to one location in Omaha. We needed to sell the home in Missouri Valley and quickly! Debbie had an initial meeting with us and took diligent notes regarding our specific needs in a single family home as well as our strict timeline. She expertly guided us in the process to ready our home for sale and offered up great suggestions on how to do this in the time frame we had allotted. To whom it may concern, Deborah Foote was our real estate agent for both the latest of our home purchases and our first ever home sale. She did a wonderful job and spent astronomical amounts of time showing us homes as we requested them, or as she found and recommended viewings that met our wants and needs. She jumped through hoops to help us have sit down meetings with potential builder agents in the thick of the COVID19 pandemic. After our ultimate final decision was made to go a different direction for our new home, she attended every appointment to make sure nothing went unchecked and always followed up promptly with the sellers agents and us. In regards to her efforts in assisting with the sale of our home, her patience was paramount. I doubt she ever handled anything quite as complicated and messy as ours and yet she maintained responsive grace and her happy smile throughout the thick of it and saw it to the end. This included setting up our home sale to run simultaneously with the closing of our new purchase which had to close after our current home sale closed. The greatest trick was she patiently encouraged and waited for us to prepare our home and got it on the market within 10 days after our offer was accepted. This meant waiting for us to get our last renovations in order and posted quickly once ready. She listened to our concerns and desires, did the research, and determined the best starting price to work for our needs. If there was ever a question she didn't have an outright answer for, she took the time and energy to go hunt it down for us! Throughout the signing of all paperwork she accommodated our schedules and found ways to work around our career and new baby needs, along with handling her other clients. As the sale of our home closed and unpredictable issues arose after the fact, she stayed on the job and helped sort out a tender and complicated, I also imagine rare, situation. Deborah cares for her clients and it shows. She let us know in advance when someone would be coming through to do an inspection or appraisal. We could call or text with any questions and she would respond quickly. I met Deb at my job in late January when she was looking for an item at Walmart. As I took her to the item, we struck up a conversation about her Job with NP Dodge. I was impressed by her personality and non-pressure approach. We exchanged numbers and due to my job, we decided to use text as our means of communication. She not only was very lo key, she was extremely available all hours of the day or night. As we looked at houses, she was very in-tune to the needs of our family and quickly answered all of our questions, as well as very responsive when we inquired about houses we had seen online.
