We weren't able to come view homes in person, and Greg took the time to get to know us and the details of what we were looking for in a home and sent us a very detailed list of homes that fit the description of what we said we wanted. Greg was willing to drive to homes we liked and video them for us to see since we couldn't be there in person. When we got discouraged during the home buying process, Greg talked to us and made suggestions of homes in areas of town that were what we desired and in kid friendly areas. When we liked two homes in two areas of town that were far from each other, Greg drove to both in one day to video them for us. That same day, Greg shared with us a home that had been listed for sale that morning in another area of town and went and videoed that one for us as well. We decided we wanted to put an offer in on the home that day, so Greg put together the offer for us and it was accepted that night! I am so thankful Greg was our realtor, I was very confident he had our best interest in mind and was honest and open with us throughout the home buying process! I should also note we are first time home buyers and Greg made the whole process seem very easy and low stress. His reputation in Omaha seems to be great, as one of the local mortgage lenders we spoke with asked who our realtor was and when we told her it was Greg she quickly said that we were in good hands and noted he is a great negotiator. I'll also note, being new to the area we don't know many people, so when our car battery died the week after we closed on our home, we called Greg and he was more than willing to come help us - just another testament to his character. I can go on and on about their professionalism, customer service, marketing savvy, and business acumen. However, I don't have to because the results speak for themselves. We met with Greg and John Kraemer on May 1st, and discussed our house, the market dynamics, pricing strategy, and the Punch List of items we needed to work on. We listed the house on June 8th and it sold in 5 hours (read that sentence again)! We got a higher price than we expected. Both parties were happy and satisfied with the deal, and they very diplomatically worked with the other family's realtor and resolved all issues and concerns. The house closed on July 14th and we closed on our new property two weeks later. All transactions were handled electronically because we had already relocated half way across the country.
