Joel Dizona

Since the age of 12 years old, Joel began to develop his love for real estate. He would build homes out of construction board and practice drawing designs. This passion has stuck with him and as a real estate professional it is his desire to help you be equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary for a smooth and successful transaction. Joel understands that listening to his client's needs and wants will provide an exceptional experience.

After separating from the Air Force, Joel earned his real estate license and strives to provide high-quality, personalized service to each and every person he works with. It would be his pleasure to invest himself in order that you find your perfect new home.

In his spare time, Joel enjoys staying active, spending time with his fiancé, and their dog Zoey. Joel also volunteers as a paramedic at Waterloo Volunteer Fire Department.
