They listened to what our needs were and put together a variety of homes for us to look at. They paid attention to the details in order to use our time efficiently. When we decided on a house, their attention to detail again came through when they helped us at the negotiating table. He has a wealth of knowledge about neighborhoods around town and his guidance during our process was better than we've received from any realtor during our previous 3 home buys. The house we bought was in high-demand with several offers in its first day listed, and John's professional connections with the seller's agent helped our offer to be selected and at the right price. During our home browsing process John was available for us on short-notice and he was downright fun to hang out with. We found John to be polite, kind and such a gentleman to work with. I can go on and on about their professionalism, customer service, marketing savvy, and business acumen. However, I don't have to because the results speak for themselves. We met with Greg and John Kraemer on May 1st, and discussed our house, the market dynamics, pricing strategy, and the Punch List of items we needed to work on. We listed the house on June 8th and it sold in 5 hours (read that sentence again)! We got a higher price than we expected. Both parties were happy and satisfied with the deal, and they very diplomatically worked with the other family's realtor and resolved all issues and concerns. The house closed on July 14th and we closed on our new property two weeks later. All transactions were handled electronically because we had already relocated half way across the country. I have to say, I couldn't have wound up with a better realtor. My husband and I knew what kind of house we wanted, but neither of us ever lived in Omaha (or Nebraska for that matter) so we had no idea what the neighborhoods were like or where we would want to live. We found a bunch of houses online and sent John a list of what we were looking for, and what price range we could afford. We got into town and John had been kind enough to map out our day of house hunting. We found what we wanted that afternoon, put in an offer, and had it accepted that very day! John was able to arrange for us to get it inspected the next day--on a Sunday! I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently everything happened. It must have taken a lot of planning on John's part, but he made everything look effortless. John was also friendly and engaging, and we had a lovely time looking at properties around Omaha. I can't believe that we found exactly what we were looking for! I can honestly say we found our dream house.
