I first met Julie when she was showing a property that I was interested in purchasing. She was very thorough in showing the entire property to me. She was forthcoming about answering my concerns and clarifying any concerns she may have had for a potential buyer. I was very pleasantly surprised to have an agent acting so transparent in showing the property and making the buying decision truly informed. Subsequently, I called Julie and requested her assistance in finding houses on my behalf. I am investing for rental purposes, so the price point is not lofty. Other agents in similar circumstances would offer to help but then would disappear. Julie not only took it upon herself, she did a lot of analysis regarding the subject property, comparables and the neighborhood valuations. We eventually found a great investment property and we successfully purchased the property. That sounds simple; however, it was a bank-owned property and FannieMae was holding the paper on the transaction. The process of purchasing such a house was daunting, but Julie was fabulous in processing the large amount of documentation and disclosure necessary to make the sale complete. I would recommend Julie to anyone looking for a house, and as a seller's agent Julie has great advice for staging and updating simple items to increase the value a seller can receive.
