As first time home buyers, Molly walked us through every step of the process and was there for our questions at all times of the day. This woman seriously goes above and beyond — I think I sent her an average of 20 texts a day for 2 months straight. And. She. Always. Replies. Molly would immediately schedule viewings for us when we found a home we were in interested in and would then become available within the day if not hours to go look at it with us. Even though Molly helps so many people find their forever home, we always felt like we were the only people in the world she was helping us. I seriously don’t know how she does it. In case you didn’t know, the market in Omaha is crazy right now and many homes sell without buyers being able to get an inspection. When Molly walked through houses with us, she would point things out that we never would have thought of. She really is more than a realtor — she just knows so much about this process from both sides and wants you to find your perfect, safe, quality home. Believe me, she wants it for you just as much as you do for yourself.
