Welcome to our page! The Omaha Home Equity Group has 3 team members: Dave Anderson, Kalee Hergert and Sara Lewis. The team concept allows for us to better assist our clients by integrating different perspectives and experiences.  Our team philosophy is not to be the biggest, but the best, by providing you with the best service. Bottom line, we treat you as we would expect to be treated.

As owners of multiple properties, we believe in real estate as an investment strategy. They have purchased and renovated many properties, both personal and investment.  They combine their knowledge of the Omaha metro area market with excellent customer service and real estate experience to assist their clients in putting together the best real estate transaction possible. When we work for you, you get the benefit of having more than one real estate associate that are directly responsible for your home buying or selling needs.

Our mission is to create a successful, long-term relationship with our clients by providing industry leading knowledge, information, and service to you.  We believe that the services of a true real estate professional should not only be seen during the transaction, but also after the transaction has been completed.  We will help you accomplish your real estate goals now and in the future.  

As successful real estate agents we assist repeat clients and referrals as well as welcome new clients.  Our team has been named Outstanding Performers by NP Dodge, and we are also one of the top contributors to Dodge Cares.  Dodge Cares distributes funds each year to fifteen local nonprofit organizations. These organizations provide food, shelter and comfort for the homeless, displaced and abused in eastern Nebraska and western Iowa.

We are proud to have partnered with NP Dodge, which was founded in 1855, and for five generations has invested in the communities that they serve.
