Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to be closely involved in building numerous homes from the ground up. That hands-on experience gave me a deep understanding of how homes are built and how to recognize quality — knowledge that continues to serve my clients well today.

In addition to my work in new construction, I also spent time with a real estate investment company where I coordinated a variety of home renovation projects. That fast-paced, ever-changing environment taught me the importance of adaptability, creative problem-solving, and clear communication — all of which are essential in real estate.

My goal is always to listen first and guide clients with honesty and care. Poppy took the challenge head-on, and I cannot thank her enough for it! She took extra time explaining the home buying process and empowered us to seek more information when we needed it. When she came across a for sale by owner house that she felt would be a good fit, she contacted them and started getting as much information as possible. We were blown away when we walked through the house, and with her expertise and background, we felt incredibly comfortable moving forward with an offer. While brokering the deal and scheduling the necessary safety inspections, she kept us up to date on what was happening and what the next steps would be. Every time a new paper was sent over to sign, she would schedule a time for a phone call to go over everything and would share her experiences in the industry with us. She is extremely competent, professional, and works with integrity while also being understanding and engaging. Poppy gave very helpful advice on the process and the neighborhood while I was searching for a home. Once I found a home, she helped negotiate a final purchase price below asking. Poppy also managed the rest of the process quickly and efficiently - inspection, negotiating repairs and radon mitigation with the sellers, and closing. The whole process was much easier and faster than I expected due to Poppy's experience - I went from finding the home to closing in less than 6 weeks, and that included Christmas and New Year's Day.
