When we decided to sell our house, we knew there was one person we trusted. Mary and her team of stagers and photographers met with us to discuss our goals for our home. Our house went on the market on a Thursday evening and was sold by Saturday morning! We were extremely satisfied with the price. Mary went above and beyond what we expected from a realtor. She was careful and explanatory with the documents. It felt like we had a family member working hard to sell our house. From start to finish, the process was quick, stress free and very successful. Read More Mary was recommended by a close friend of mine who had had great success with her in the sale/purchase of their current and previous homes. Mary was prompt and friendly in her initial response, was open to be 'interviewed' regarding her services and plan for selling our home, and was creative in her approach to marketing our property. Mary is sharp & clearly has significant and useful experience in the industry and the marketplace. She adapts well to changes in the plan, and is skilled at explaining challenging situations. Our family includes two young children, so it was very important to us that we put our best plan forward and sell quickly, as selling with small children is difficult and disruptive. We put together a great plan, including a price that we were very happy with, and sold the house on the first day of showings. That was influenced by market conditions, however there were several other houses in the price/location area that still took weeks to sell. Our property was very well covered in the variety of different online sites/newspaper/etc., was staged very well, all due to the hard work and skill of Mary Robson Rensch. We made such an impression in the neighborhood that our next-door neighbors decided to sell their home, worked with Mary and sold their house very quickly as well. Great job, Mary!
