I think that we had a real winner as far as someone selling our house. Shari was unbelievably respectful, service oriented and I just want to say that Shari is a winner. The house was vacant in August and later than usual closing date was agreed to help the buyers. Two days before the closing, on inspection of the house, I discovered what turned out to be a slow leak from the second floor that had produced not only extensive water damage to the first floor but the basement as well. Shari coordinated all the repairs. A new kitchen floor was needed, a new ceiling in the kitchen, new baseboards..well, you get the idea. I never dreamed that I could depend on my realtor for that level of service. In some ways, I still can't, but it's all true. She was ever optimistic, ever efficient, ever moving toward closing. I just got swept away in her energy. Believe me, you will not be disappointed in selecting Shari.
