We knew immediately he would become our agent as we began our search. He was always accessible and responsive to any properties I found as well as providing me with numerous options. Terry helped us tour quite a few properties and was more than willing to answer our questions and make sure we found just what we were looking for. We needed to sell the home of my brother who passed away in May. He left his house to his three surviving siblings. Each one lived in a different state. It was a very complicated transaction. Terry designed a closing good for the sellers and buyer where we all signed and then overnighted them to the next signer. He walked each one is us through it on the phone. Terry also helped us with practical things, like removing yard waste when the hired yard company didn’t show up. Through it all he was attentive and good humored .
