Joni Vittetoe   Joni joined our Team in 2004 and is dearly loved by her clients, other real estate professionals and our Team because she truly cares! She takes pride in doing the very best for her clients, has a great eye for details, and is truly passionate about serving her clients.  This is why Joni's clients continually do repeat business with her referring Family and Friends. She is married to John and they have 3 grown children.

 Tracy Bingham Tracy also joined our Team in 2004 as well. Tracy is the most thoughtful, emphatic and caring person you will ever meet and her clients know this first hand.  They love working with her and referring their friends, families and co-workers because of her caring spirit. . Whenever Tracy questions anything in a real estate transaction she is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and do the hard work to insure what she is doing and saying is right for her clients. Tracy is married to Andy and they also have 3 grown children.

Brenda Petersen, Brenda joined our Team in 2019 after a couple of years being on her own. Brenda's Daughter married Coleen's Nephew maing us have even deeper connections.  Brenda is a great addition to our Team as she is easy going, calm, patient, kind and full of life. Brenda loves helping her clients to transition to the right property, and works really hard to make sure it is the right property. Brenda is married to Brian and they have 5 grown children.

Bruce Lemen  The newest member of our Team is Bruce. He has worked hard to get where he is in life.  The desire to get into real estate was strong enough to change careers later in life and go for it.  We appreicate Bruce's heart to strive to be a difference maker in peoples lives that goes way beyond real estate.  Bruce's family has a deep rich heritage in the foster care and adoption world, which he will readily share with you.  Bruce is married to Jill, joning the ranks of empty nesters, since they have twins that are grown and on their own.

Coleen Black WOW, what can we say about Coleen except WOW! Coleen is not licensed, however she has 15 years of experince as the Office Administrator for The Bill Black Team.  Behind every successful Realtor is a great Admin staff and Coleen is key to all of it.  After staying home with their 3 kids until they became independent, she stepped in to help husband Bill in his thriving career and that was a huge blessing not only to Bill but to all of our clients and other Team Members.   Coleen is incredibly loyal, highly intelligent, full of compassion and empathy becoming a friend to many of our clients.

Bill Black  A year after their marriage in 1983, Bill and Coleen tried to buy their first house and had an absolutely horrible experience with a few different real estate agents.  Bill wondered "if these folks can make a living being sub-par, how well could I do?"  We did buy our first home - $1.00 down and moved in before closing!  However, interest rates were 18% then!   Bill then pursued this career, and carefully we walked into a "commission only" service to help people with their real estate needs.  He received his license in 1984 and was mentored by a couple of ladies (one of them is 98 as of this writing in Feb, 2024). A dear friend who mentored Bill said to drive a stake in the ground and remember this time, pray as if it depends on God and work as if it depends on you. Fast forward to today and Bill's career has included owning a real estate company, owning a title company, being sales manager at NP Dodge for a short time, and being one of the highest producing Realtors in all of Omaha for decades.  Bill strives to be the best and he surrounds himself with the best.

Bill says "When you join our Team you are joining people who want to make a difference, people who care deeply for their fellow man, we are here to give and to serve".  Bill has held many positions with the Omaha Board of Realtors, the Great Plains MLS System and the Nebraska State Realtors Association.
