Welcome to my website!  I have been a full time Realtor since 2000 and am licensed in both Iowa and Nebraska.  Prior to this, I was a 2nd grade teacher at a local catholic school and yes, I have sold houses to kids I've taught:).  I've also coached various sports over the last 30 years and am currently the head track coach and middle school cross country coach at St. Albert High School in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

I am dedicated to improving and promoting our community and serve on many boards and committes that focus on making it a spotlight to live.  I have also served as president of the Southwest Iowa Board of Realtors, was the 2018 Realtor of the year and am a graduate and active member of Leadership Council Bluffs.

I specialize in new construction as well as preexisting homes and acreages. I was also a HUD foreclosure representative 2008 to 2013. I take a no pressure, honest to a fault, sales approach. If I see a potential problem with a property, you are going to hear my opinion. I've been in the business long enough to know I'd rather butt in, than look the other way.  Integrity is a big deal to me!
