Vicki was working an open house that I stopped into in the late fall of 2019. I already had a real estate agent at that point but she got my attention right away. There were already several people looking at the house when I came in but within minutes she greeted me and showed me around, asking casual questions about what I was looking for -- not prying questions --- helpful questions. She started working hard for me that day. I had not agreed to work with her yet but she started researching properties, paying close attention to the things that I had told her were important to me in a property. She never wasted any of my time by showing me houses that would not be of interest to me. She was thoughtful, never trying to take up too much of my time, but always researching and looking at properties that might be what I was looking for. Her greatest strength is customer service! She goes the extra mile for her client. She's perceptive, easy to talk to, and an informed guide when looking at properties. She pays attention to details. I worked with Vicki to sell my first home and from the beginning she was attentive and excited to help me along the way which let me know she was the best agent for me. I reached out to a few other local agents/firms and was brushed to the side, but after completing the request for a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) on NP Dodge's site, Vicki got back to me within an hour via text. \\Not once during that initial CMA review meeting or our following exchanges had I felt pressured to do something I was uncomfortable with or didn't understand. Vicki explained everything to me and worked in my best interest like a great agent should. With her help, I accepted one of two offers within 12 hours of my condo going live! \\If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Vicki as my agent because she works for her clients outside of typical 8-5 business hours.
