I started St. Joe & Co. with a simple idea: real estate is ultimately about serving families well.

I'm a Realtor® with NP Dodge, and I operate under the St. Joe & Co. name as a reminder that this work is not just a business to me. St. Joseph is the quiet patron of homes and families, and in many ways, I consider myself to be a part of his “company.”

My background in real estate law and title work gives my clients an added layer of protection. I pay close attention to contracts, inspections, deadlines, and the details that can derail a transaction if not handled carefully. My wife and I also have experience renovating homes, so we have valuable insights on fixer-uppers and equity building. Buying or selling a home is one of the most significant financial decisions a family makes. My role is to bring clarity, steadiness, and sound judgment to that process.

My family and I are active parishioners at Immaculate Conception Church on 24th & Bancroft, and much of my business comes through relationships built within our parish. Serving fellow parishioners and their referrals around Omaha is a privilege I don't take lightly.
