About Me

Blane has been a licensed Real Estate agent in Nebraska since 2006, and a Broker since 2008. Prior to becoming the Agent education & Training Manager in October of 2025, Managing Broker in the Fremont office in June of 2020 and joining NP Dodge in March of 2018, he had logged over 18 years of sales management experience, including 11 years in the Real Estate industry.

Blane is a lifetime resident of Fremont, a graduate of Archbishop Bergan and lives with his wife Lisa and children Conner, a student at South Dakota State University and Angelee, a student at UNO.

Outside of work, Blane enjoyed a 20 plus year stint as an official and 26 years as a coach in High School, Middle School and youth Football, Basketball and Baseball.
