About Me

Lea Barker is a managing broker for NP Dodge-Lincoln and co-owner of Hartland Homes. She has been a full time licensed real estate agent since 1994. Lea started her career by selling Hartland Homes, and then managing Hartland’s sales force before owning the company and selling brokerage. Helping people get into the home they want is Lea’s passion. She loves helping buyers buy and seller's sell! It's all about helping her clients achieve their goals. She specializes in first-time home buyers, investment properties, and new construction.

Lea is also passionate about protecting Homeowner’s property rights. She is very active in her state and local Realtors® Associations. Along with the Realtors® Association of Lincoln and the Nebraska Realtors®, she helps her community by volunteering for the city mission, Matt Talbot, Salvation Army and Habitat for Humanity. Lea also serves on the board for Nebraska Housing Resource, whose mission aligns closely with hers: to provide affordable housing opportunities.
