Jodee Drake-Soto

Vice President of Marketing & Business Development – NP Dodge Real Estate

Jodee is responsible for the development and implementation of all marketing initiatives for the company.

She oversees the day to day activities of the NP Dodge marketing team, photography and digital services while actively positioning the company, sales associate and property advertising in the best media available. Jodee spearheads branding campaigns, develops and negotiates business partnerships and oversees company sponsorships.  

With NP Dodge since 2000, Jodee was instrumental in launching the company’s preferred vendor program. She continued her growth in relocation then integrated business development and marketing into one team transforming the department into a full-service powerhouse. Jodee is the mastermind behind the NP Dodge “I Gotta Feeling” lip dub, NP Dodge MARTECH annual conference and the company's introduction and installation of Ninja Selling as well as the LeadingRE Agent Accelerator program. 

Before joining the real estate industry, Jodee was the national sales manager for an international import and wholesale distribution company. Top national accounts included Walmart, Michaels and Hancock Fabrics. She graduated from Creighton University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing. 

Jodee is a member of the DodgeCares Board of Directors and Gamma Phi Beta Sorority. She is a past member of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Marketing Technology Advisory Council, Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce President’s Club, president and vice president for the La Vista Youth Baseball Association, La Vista’s Working Group - Vision 84, Metro Omaha Builders Association Sales and Marketing Council member, and NP Dodge Diversity Council chair. Jodee has volunteered for Papillion La Vista Schools, Papillion La Vista High School Graduate Safe, St. Columbkille Church, and the Latino Peace Officers Association. 

Jessica Scherer

Marketing Project Manager – NP Dodge Real Estate

Jessica started with the Marketing Department at NP Dodge Real Estate in August 2019 and currently works as the Marketing Project Manager. Her main duties at NP Dodge include the design and creation of promotional and marketing materials, developing and editing content for company newsletters, email announcements and press releases and managing advertising agreements with local publications.

Jessica is also responsible for event concept and production for various company and agent events including annual marketing and technology multiday conference, awards celebrations, top producer events and more.

Jessica attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Merchandising and Fashion Design / Communications. She started with the NP Dodge Family of Companies in September 2014 at NEI Global Relocation, a full-service, global relocation and assignment management company. Her 5 years at the third-party management company included coordinating service partner brokers, mortgage lenders, and closing attorneys to help top national accounts' relocating employees and families transition to their new locations.

Jandi Prich

Graphic Designer – NP Dodge Real Estate

Jandi has been a graphic designer for 17 years specializing in both print and digital design. She graduated in 2003 from Delta College in Bay City, Michigan with a degree in Graphic Design and Digital Communications.

She relocated with her husband from Flint, Michigan to Omaha in 2016. Previously she was Lee Enterprises Creative Services Manager overseeing advertising and marketing efforts for several local newspapers.
