About Me

Nicole Riddle is a third generation REALTOR® and Managing Broker of the Sarpy office. She began her career in real estate with NEI Global Relocation as an Acquisition Coordinator and Auditor; which allowed her to experience the real estate market throughout the United States. Nicole then joined the NP Dodge Residential Division as a Realtor with a real estate license in both Nebraska and Iowa.

At NP Dodge, Nicole has led several accountability and mentoring groups while being a top agent for the company. She also served on the Agent Advisory Board as Chair and being “the voice” for the agents. Nicole is Ninja Selling Certified and a Buffini Peak Producers certified mentor giving her added benefit of working with several of the best mentors in the industry.

Nicole is a lifetime resident of Omaha and graduate of the University of Nebraska Omaha with a Bachelor’s of Science in History. Nicole and her husband, Phillip, who is also a NP Dodge Realtor, have 5 children together.
