SWIAR Gala Recognizes NP Dodge Excellence with Emeritus Awards and New Leadership Appointments
Council Bluffs, Iowa – December 4, 2025 – Southwest Iowa Association of REALTORS® (SWIAR) held their 112th SWIAR Inaugural Gala & Awards on Thursday, December 4th at The Hoff Family Arts and Culture Center. SWIAR board members and affiliates gathered for fine dining, awards and to celebrate this year’s successes.
NP Dodge Real Estate’s Dan Van Houten, Vice President and Managing Broker, Iowa Offices, and Paula Danker, Realtor®, were awarded "Realtor® Emeritus" for their over 40 year career of being a Realtor®. During the ceremony, NP Dodge Real Estate Realtor® Jesse Skudler was installed as a Director and Riley Dollen as MLS Chair.
