NP Dodge Real Estate Honors Top Nebraska and Iowa Agents at 2025 Awards

Omaha, Nebraska – February 27, 2026 – NP Dodge Real Estate, the longest running, family-owned real estate company in the United States, celebrated excellence, leadership, and record-breaking performance at its Annual Awards Ceremony held at the Scott Conference Center. More than 250 agents and employees gathered for an elegant winter evening featuring a cocktail reception, formal awards presentation, dinner, and live entertainment by Downtown Collective.

The highlight of the evening was the presentation of the prestigious Phil Dodge Award to Bill Black, recognizing his unwavering dedication to customer service, professional ethics, and community leadership. This distinguished honor celebrates an NP Dodge real estate agent who consistently “puts service over self,” embodying the lifelong values of Phil Dodge — professionalism, integrity, equal opportunity, and a steadfast commitment to serving others.

Bill Black exemplifies the spirit of this award through decades of civic engagement and leadership. His service includes:

• Vice President, Elkhorn Suburban Fire District Board
• President, SID 284
• Hall of Fame inductee, Douglas County Election Commission
• Graduate of the Citizen FBI Academy
• Former member, Ralston Volunteer Fire Department
• Founding member and past President, Grace University Foundation
• Active service on multiple boards and committees at Westside Church

During the COVID-19 pandemic, when the Nebraska community needed encouragement and tangible support, Black organized and distributed 40,000 cans of Scooter’s Cold Brew coffee to hospitals and nursing homes across the state. His philanthropic efforts continue through support of the Red Cross, Salvation Army, Global Friends, Abide, Assure Women’s Center, Disabled Veterans organizations, Youth for Christ, Open Door Mission, the Food Bank, and Dodge Cares.
