When I say that, the other realtors in our office are always willing to lend a “helping hand”. We were all new at one time! The training is phenomenal! I am forever telling everyone that NP Dodge is a one stop agency. From day one you are in good hands and assigned an experienced and knowledgeable mentor to get you started. That mentor guides you very thoroughly and patiently through your first few listings and closings. When I say one stop agency, I truly mean that. NP Dodge provides every agent with their own website. There are weekly staff meetings and training classes of some kind nearly every day in safety, contracts, as well as other classes on how to use CRM, Docu-Sign, and Social Media, just to name a few. There are years and years of agent experience in NP Dodge. I see and hear about agents from other companies scrambling to figure out what they have to do and most of it they have to do themselves. Not the agents at NP Dodge. Everything they need is right there for them. I need to tell you the very best thing about NP Dodge that makes them shine over their competitors. The family atmosphere.
